Juan Antonio Samaranch, the IOC presidential candidate, was able to avoid the group photo for the UIPM Executive Board meeting. But the next day, after the so-called election of the new pentathlon president, Robert Stull, Samaranch had himself photographed with his two comrades Stull and the infamous Klaus Schormann.
- The new UIPM president, Rob Stull, is one of those who are the focus of the investigation report that I reported on last Friday.
- Juanito Samaranch has been a member of the UIPM Hall of Fame since Saturday.
- Klaus Schormann, against whom an ethics complaint has been filed for corruption, a huge lie, defamation, unfair influence in all UIPM elections, among other things, which has not been properly dealt with (Samaranch is partly responsible for this), has been the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award for Outstanding Leadership since Saturday and HON President of the UIPM since Sunday
- Schormann, who has been concealing ‘sponsors’ of his many world trips for decades, who initiates and concludes dubious ‘sponsorship’ contracts with criminals and personal friends, contrary to UIPM regulations, who claims a fellow board member have stolen $6 million from the UIPM, (spare me from listing any further examples at this point, you have been able to read a lot about it in the past few weeks), has undoubtedly proven his outstanding leadership in the sense of the Olympic ruling class.
- However, the UIPM Congress refused Schormann the targeted budget of $200,000 as HON President. Dear Klaus will have to find other ways, other ‘sponsors’. Now that his favourite has become president, whom he believes to control, and since his favourite gets along so well with Secretary General Shiny Fang (whom some now call the real UIPM ruler), ways and means will probably be found to somehow circumvent the negative attitude of the 73rd UIPM Congress. Outstanding leadership
- Last Friday at the Welcome Reception, Schormann publicly lied when he called my reporting false and claimed that he had not said the day before during the Executive Board meeting that IOC President Thomas Bach was in favour of a future six-figure budget for Schormann
Is Klaus Schormann a notorious liar?
Among the audience were several officials who had previously heard it quite differently from Schormann – and who even gave me this in writing for the record.
Did Schormann name Thomas Bach at the board meeting as a kind of key witness and supporter of his $200,000 claim, even multiple times?
Witness 1:
That was definitely what I heard.
He is doing everything he can - including creating ridiculously false rumours.
Witness 2:
Klaus was furious and took a microphone and said screaming that all written by the journalist was wrong and he never said that ‘Thomas Bach told him he should have a HON position with money allowance!’
We all know he lied, we all know he said it at the meeting. We all know he believes in his own lies
Is that enough or should I publish further quotes and an audio recording of the EB meeting, dear Klaus?
Will Samaranch's photo with Stull and Schormann become a serious problem sometime, symbolically – maybe next spring for the tenth anniversary of the FIFA arrests in Switzerland?
For example, when law enforcement authorities, anti-corruption authorities, tax investigators and experts on white-collar crime from several countries and continents decide to initiate proceedings against the UIPM and certain board members?
It's going to be exciting.
Politically exposed persons in terms of this Act are:… c) individuals who are or have been entrusted with a prominent function by an intergovernmental organisation or international sports federations, such as secretaries general, directors, deputy directors and members of the board or individuals who have been entrusted with equivalent functions, (politically exposed persons in international organisations). An international sports federation in terms of paragraph 1 letter c is the International Olympic Committee and the non-governmental organisations that it recognised that regulate one or more official sports at global level.
Swiss Anti-Money Laundering Act
It should not go unmentioned that Juan Antonio Samaranch also had an extensive conversation with his compatriot Marisol Casado at the ANOC General Assembly in Cascais recently. Despite the electoral fraud in World Triathlon being extremely well documented, she is still allowed to be president for a strange transition period of six months, alongside the new fake president Antonio Arimany, who is also Spanish. And that is why Casado is also allowed to remain a member of the IOC ex officio until after the IOC session in March in Costa Navarino, where the tenth IOC president will be elected.
